The hotel is right by the railway station so was perfect for arriving into Pisa late in the early hours. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a little small but ideal for a couple of nights. Breakfasts very good.

Property itself was very good. Lovely and immaculate room. Great breakfast choices. Nice staff, helpful in getting airport taxi. Surrounding area a bit sketchy but mostly because of unclean conditions.

The room that they gave us was supposed to have a bed size queen but they gave us 2 twin beds together which felt uncomfortable as it would separate during the night. They also don't have a place to store your luggage that is a safe place if you arrive early before check in hours. They will leave your luggage in a room that is open separate to the lobby where there is no one checking to make sure that they are safe.

A nice stay to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary. Decor could do with updating, but other than that it was a pleasant stay. Very friendly and helpful staff

Very excellent hotel close to Pisa Central railway station. Clean and comfortable room, 24 hour front desk (allowing us to check-in very late), and they let us leave our bags for the day after we checked out. I would definitely recommend.

The hotel is very convenient to the train station, less than 10 minutes. The leaning tower and other historical sites are about a 20 minute walk. In between the tower area and the hotel is lots of restaurants and shopping. The staff at the hotel and the lobby area are great, however the room was not very clean and the beds were like sleeping on cement. The one light cover on the bed filled the air with dust when pulling it on. If the beds were better I would have added another star.
