My family loved this property! Located on a quiet street and all the neighbors we ran into were very nice. I didnt find any issues with parking and it was the weekend. This property is stocked with anything you could need and was clean. The host was great and I would definitely recommend this place!
Visited The Burgh for a Pirates game and this home was a perfect overnight spot for us. Close to the ballpark, neat & tidy, with comfy beds. What more could you ask for? While parking is tight on the street, it appears that everyone in the neighborhood is courteous and works together to maximize parking opportunities. Easy communication with host made the process seamless.
5 star! Great place for events or games at the ballparks. Clean & quiet, beds were amazing, nice patio. Communication with owner was fast and easy. Highly recommend staying here. We will be back for a Steelers game for-sure.
Close to downtown, quiet neighborhood, comfy beds, nice sheets and towels and the kids loved Ms.PacMan and the fusbol table. Great shower pressure too!
Pros: Not far from the college we were visit. Townhouse is a vast contrast to the neighborhood. Unit was clean and had what we needed for the night. Good rest with comfortable beds and temperature. Beautiful aesthetics and design choices. Cons: Although half of our party took showers the night before and the other half the day of departure one hour apart, I ended up taking a cold shower at 7 am to start my day, which really upset me in the start of an important day. Also the kitchen floors were damaged prior to our arrival but I didn't feel it was unsafe to walk on. Parking is horrible. We had a Grand Wagoneer and had to gingerly drive down a VERY narrow street. In the evening when we returned we did have to park down the street and around the corner. There may be parking on the weekdays but the weekends was definitely a challenge. Lastly, the orange cushion sleeping area in the attic seemed much larger online but in reality it fits for a toddler or small child rather than a large teenager or adult. Overall: the stay met our needs for one night but I wouldn't have stayed longer. The host was pretty responsive except for the water (which that was early so I get it). He responded afterwards.Once they fix those few issues it would be a good stay.
Really enjoyed my stay here. Close enough to make downtown easily accessible without the hassle of being in the city. Charming property with nice amenities. We found it comfortable and roomy.
Driving up the street to Troy Hill I wasnât sure the listing could possibly be as nice as the pictures online. I was wrong. The house is just perfect for us- one parent and two teens. Clean, neat, everything provided for, this was the best house Iâve ever rented and cannot recommend it more highly. Pac-Man was fun too- my son set the new high score :) Awesome stay!
Property was a great fit for us to meet another couple for the weekend. Separate bedrooms with kings for each couple. $10.00 Uber over to strip district. Met our needs perfectly.
The photos are completely accurate and the inside of the home is gorgeous. The kitchen was well stocked with everything youâd need and Brandon was very responsive to all communication.
I wish I had known that the entrance to bedroom #3 required you to walk through someone elseâs bedroom. A bit awkward to get to the bathroom.
The only other note is that the neighborhood is clearly in transition and most of the area is run-down. I never felt unsafe. Parking was tight.
We rented the property for a moms / daughters (all teens) concert weekend. The house is adorable and as described in the listing / photos. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, there were plenty of towels, the beds were clean and comfortable! Brandon was in communication often during our stay and was very responsive. Location is very close to all major Pittsburgh events - but it's not in walking distance - a very short drive or Uber!
Just a note that I wish I had been aware of... the other houses on the street vary greatly. While there are a number of renovated houses, there are also a number of houses in desperate need of repair. My suburban daughters were a little nervous at first - but we never felt unsafe being there.
Parking was very limited, but we always found a spot!
There is a lot of pride and time put into this property to assure that guests have a wonderful experience. Would definitely book again in future!
My kids and I completed our 4th MLB ballpark visit on this trip. The stay here was perfect and close to all major attractions. We really enjoyed our time together here. The host, Brandon, is A+++ and I highly recommend him. I couldnât have asked for a better experience. Weâll be searching for his properties for future trips for sure.
We absolutely loved our stay at "Namastay". The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, Brandon was very helpful, and the location was convenient to everything within the city of Pittsburgh. We'll definitely be back.
Very clean and nicely remodeled unit! AC works great nice outdoor patio with gas grill. Bed was really comfortable, kitchen well stocked with utensils pots pans and cutting boards. Nice fridge and comfortable couch and big dining room. Well done place! Would stay there again.
We really enjoyed our short two night stay here. It's located in a hillside neighborhood minutes from shopping, restaurants, downtown and the freeway yet no issues with noise.
House has been completely refurbished and updated with an open concept, large kitchen, and nice little deck right off the back door.
We never met the owner but Brandon was always quick to respond to any questions.
We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
