The beds were very comfortable and the ping pong table was a big hit with our family. The two minute walk to the overview of Pittsburgh lit up at night was beautiful.
The photos make it look better than it is. When we arrived in the evening, the neighborhood looked rundown and there was trash scattered in the front of the house with raccoons eating it. I did not want to stay but we had paid a good bit to rent it, so we stayed.
The neighbors were quiet and we ended up feeling safe during the stay.
The inside downstairs bedroom literally had a square hole cut out in the wall where you could see pipes or something in the walls. The blinds on the door on the back room were broken and couldnât be closed. The cabinets and pantry areas were just messy and in disarray- like the items were thrown in there. Several other things need attention -The place has potential, but the renters need to finish fixing it up before renting. I was embarrassed in front of my own family that I rented it, although they were understanding and we made a nice trip out of the situation.
Iâm sorry to write this review but it needs to be addressed.
The neighborhood was quiet. The house was not the best looking on the outside. The inside had a broken closet door, there was a pillow with dirt on it in the closet, the upstairs shower was dirty, and the puzzle they left was missing four pieces which was disappointing. It was good enough for our short stay.
