Airport shuttle was horrible waited almost a 1.5 hours, it was one van that was over stuff with people it felt unsafe, in the van I was able to get in there were 13 people 2 adults seating on each other. I had to call the hotel 3 times, missed information, it was very hard to understand what I was looking for in the van I was waiting for. - Room was clean - morning staff very nice - late evening night staff very hard to understand in the phone

Airport shuttle was timely and easy to reserve. Property is close to the airport making for a quick trip. Breakfast was sparse, room was cold, had dirty bedding and towels and non working outlets. But staff was kind and helpful.

The room was very outdated, many outlets did not work bathroom needs lots of work and proper cleaning. I arrived approximately 10:45 and felt like I disturbed the night workers phone call. Her service was poor. The day manager was much more accommodating explained things. With a bit of work this could be a good place to stay.

Ok so this is not a super luxurious stay, but it is a simple, straightforward, efficient hotel that gets the job done. If you want a simple quiet place to stay right near the airport after a long trip this place is all that and a free water bottle!!!

Airport shuttle was unreliable. Let without us on the way out, even though we were in the lobby well ahead of the departure time, and on the way back we waited almost 40 minutes after calling to be picked up. Supposedly the shuttle runs every half hour or when called, but even then it still took 40+ minutes. Parking is listed as free for the night you stay, but we were still made to pay for parking that night. We left our vehicle there for two nights but had to pay for three. The shuttle van had the check engine light and low pressure lights on. I've seen less lights on a Christmas Tree than that dashboard. I guess you get what you pay for. Buyer beware

The room was dirty. The sheets were obviously not changed. There was a stain, food, and hair on them. When I called the front desk to get clean sheets, I was told none were available and that they were too busy to do anything to fix the situation. I ended up going down to get linens myself and they magically, they had clean ones. While changing the sheets we moved the bed and there was food and dirty napkins under the bed. The carpet had debris on it and had not been vacuumed.
