Parking was secure, across the street from a police station. The room was spotless, and the staff were very attentive. The bed is very comfortable, but the pillows lack comfort. The breakfast buffet is nice, but not particularly diabetic-friendly. Overall, this was a good experience

Awesome.

Our stay was met with friendly staff, clean condition and very quiet. Comfortable. Breakfast was good. They had a little store and a beer and wine bar. We stayed for four days and couldn't have been more pleased.

No elevator, which is a bummer if you're not staying on the 1st floor. Breakfast is pretty paltry. Staff was nice. I wasn't expecting anything fancy. Stayed for a reunion that was close by.

Very clean and very friendly staff. Breakfast was great, and the room was just as advertised.... beds could be more comfy but not bad at all, I didn't wake up sore or anything. We were on the 2nd floor in the middle and never heard anything or anyone else our entire stay. We were visiting nearby Geneva College the next day so stayed here after a 6 hour drive, it was calm, clean, comfy, friendly and we had everything we needed with no complaints. Very small town area but cool places to eat and unique shops. We had vicellis pizza and it hit the spot with very friendly people in the town area too :)

avoid this place if possible. The rooms smell like dogs have been living there for years, the breakfast is terrible, the A/C in the room is loud, and they keep the front door locked like they're in some highly undesirable area when it's actually in a safe, normal area.
