Our room was without heat on night two of our 3 night stay. Temperature outside 10 degrees. Temperature in our room 50. Spoke to the front desk the next day who assured us it would be fixed. Came back on night 3 and still broke. Front desk agent offered two options change rooms at midnight or she would “try” and find us a couple blankets. Changed rooms at midnight. Next day the mana said contact Expedia for our “minor” inconvenience. We had stayed at this property many times over the years. Never again

On check-in night we arrived near 9 pm and had to be moved to three different rooms in order to have hot/cold water. This took almost two hours to finally be able to shower after a very long day. In addition, due to this situation my husband and me ended up in a two bed room when we had reserved a king sized bed. No one reached out to us to f/u on this. I believe there was room for improvement.
