I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was exactly as pictured & was very clean. The game room was nice but it sucks it was only open til 9pm. Check in was smooth but one of the cleaning ladies were extremely rude to us during our time in the game room. But overall a good stay!

Spotless room, staff was very helpful if needed. Checked in and out in few min...in my opinion parking should be cheaper for the price but it beats the surrounding hotels in area. We had suite on 11th floor which was basically a two bedroom 1 bath apartment. Great place...will stay again!!

Our room was very large and clean. It had a great view of Market Square. This room would be great for a long term stay. The staff was very good. They validated the parking ticket so we got free parking. The parking garage ramps are very narrow, but I was driving a large SUV and made it.

The staff was courteous and the space was really cool and clean, however you can hear every conversation that the room beside you is having I suppose because of the high ceilings. Our neighbors ended up having a party (teenage birthday party), but the staff was very helpful in shutting it down.

Room was clean, had good amenities, felt safe, was very accessible and close to things. The check in/check out process was easy. If you're next to/below loud people you will hear them, fairly thin walls and floors but wasnt a huge issue after 10pm.

The man at the front desk was so nice ! The room was beautiful ! I literally have no complaints , only one I would have and it's super small is my room would get super hot during the night but beyond that no issues . Would def recommend this place to anyone !!
