We loved the house - pros: large kitchen, great living room and back porch, nice third floor porch, and ample dining area. Cons: the area wasn't lovely around the apartment, we struggled a bit to get hot water in the downstairs bathroom (both sink and shower), and found the futons on the third floor not to be super comfortable (there are dividers in the middle that our teenage sleepers even found to be hard to settle around). Pros: the other three beds (two queens and a double) were great. The house was clean and modern, and the air conditioner worked very well! The one car garage is very small (backing in may have taken a few years off my life haha), but having a garage was very nice and there is an additional parking spot down the street. The street itself is, if not beautiful, very quiet - it overlooks a public school stadium where there was an adult soccer game in progress when we checked in which was fun to watch from the balcony. We were able to walk to the train station (even with three guests over 80 years old) and take buses when we needed to go beyond the south side (so we didn't have to get the car in and out of the garage too many times). It's close to two inclines with great views and there is a grocery store within a couple of miles. We had 8 people total, ranging in age from 13-87 and were very happy we booked it!
