The front desk attendant was super kind & helpful. Really appreciated her smile when we walked in. She always asked if we needed anything when we walked by. She did an amazing job. I hope all other employees are as good as she is.

We were on the fourth floor, which was under heavy construction. Only one of the two elevators was working. Our stay was noisy with construction and going out or down to the pool took forever waiting for the overworked elevator that was doing the work of two.

I did know once at check in i had to be intimidated by questions where i was from, reasons of my visit in Pittsburgh.... the property was under renovations and was very dirty.... room was not what was shown in the website pictures.....

Had to wait for someone to come to the desk at check in. They are remodeling the 4th floor which obviously meant some debris on the floor/elevator. Room was big/clean but also needed updating. The mini fridge was not in the space it was supposed to be in but against the wall. Water was hot. Towels were very nice. It was not as nice as i expected but was only for 1 night.

We enjoyed our stay. The only issue I had was the renovation caused a lot of dust while we were sleeping so we woke up throughout the night coughing. I would definitely stay here again after the renovations are completed

I was pleased with our room, very clean. The only reason i rated 4 stars for certain things is because they were renovating and one elevator smelled horribly like bleach. Almost couldnt breath. Other than that, GREAT customer service. Very friendly staff! Would stay again for sure

I wanted to compliment every person at the front desk. They were all quick to greet you and very helpful. The food could have been a little warmer. Overall the stay was a good one & we would stay here again

The door keys needed to be reset daily for some reason. There was construction going on on the fourth floor during our stay. There is no table in the room, and no pictures of any kind on the walls. The room was dated, but quiet and spacious.

We have been here before and enjoyed it. Unfortunately it is undergoing renovation right now so it wasn't at it's best. Room is large but the bed did not look freshly changed but we were too tired to change rooms. Other than that, it is always a great place to stay with excellent staff.

The rooms were nothing to write home about but it was good for a one night stay before our flight out. The indoor pool was nice and the gym was awesome! There's even a water bottle refill station inside of it. The breakfast was good! No complaints here!
