Quiet and Clean, Get Early Breakfast

We had a river view room and it was quiet. The door blocked sound well. Go early for breakfast, because they didn't do more oatmeal, when it ran out by 9AM and they don't offer instant oatmeal packs. Also they started taking food away at around 9:30am, even though breakfast is from 6-10am every day. The breakfast serving and dining area was kept clean.

Toilet handle stuck, no plug for the bath tub, and someone was repeatedly making huge banging noises,like a bed being lifted and dropped. I finally got out of bed at 1015pm to see if I could stop them

The staff was not friendly and seemed ambivalent. One of the elevators had a strong smell of marijuana. One guest said the entire 2nd floor smelled of it. The other elevator had a strong cigarette smoke odor. Probably will not stay at this property again.

Close to Everything

Stayed here because i had tickets to a concert at the PPG Arena in Downtown. Its walking distance from so many places to eat, breweries and things to do. It was a quick ride into Downtown. The staff was EXCELLENT The room was way too warm. The AC would only go to 68 degrees. The free breakfast was a vreat way to start the day before heading homw.
