Initially was given a room that smelled strong tobacco smoke even though I booked a non-smoking room. When I asked to change to non-smoking room, initially was told there are no rooms, but eventually was provided a non-smoking room after I told I will not be able to stay in smoking room

Clean and comfortable. Easy parking. Restaurant was limited in menu. Wasn't comfortable venturing out after dusk. Would love an option for a fan to be on continuous for white noise. My neighbor above me stomped around like an elephant.

The rooms are clean and updated, staff is very friendly and helpful, the location is very convenient to UPMC Shadyside and Hillman Cancer Center. My only complaint would be the awful garbage smell on the 3rd floor coming from the Housekeeping closet. It smelled as soon as the elevator door opened and in the hallway for the entire 4 days I stayed. I did mention it to the front desk so they can make improvements.
