Property was fair. The room was not clean with someone's dirty socks left in the hall by the chest, the diswasher not ran and emptied out and we requested housekeeping but the person came at 4:00p.m. and we were already back in our room and had requested towels from another housekeeper in the hall. Also the parking lot was not working well at all. We had to wait for minutes just to try to scan our card to get it open. We had to pay just to get in and out of the lot. We complained and were told to just hit the help button, and the front desk will let you in and out. How ridiculous. I requested to not be charged for parking and to remove the excess charges. I was only given one of the two nights parking free even though we had issues from the first night. The excess charges were removed from my card.
Last but not least, we sat at the bar for about 30 minutes waiting for service. The bartender shows up, says hello and goes to the back and comes out about 10 minutes later and never asked us what we would like. So we left.
