Room was average had flying Nats air conditioning hardly worked very loud didn’t put out any cold air. No one came to change the trash nor clean room. Breakfast was the same every day. No changes.

When we walked in, the entire lobby looked dirty and there was nobody to be found at the front desk. When we entered the room, the couch had a stain and multiple items around the room were covered in dust and dirt. It felt like they hadn’t cleaned in weeks. The plates during breakfast all looked dirty as well and I had a hard time finding a clean one. They did not have anything to take with you either when I was just looking for a muffin or something to take back to my room. Other than that, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had a nice stay, not crazy about 4 very small pillows (almost cushion size) for our king size bed and shower curtain plastic liner torn and not clean looking, unsure of cleanliness in bathroom. Everything else was great

Construction going on in parking lot leading into hotel parking, but there is plenty of parking, so that was nice. Hotel and property are great, but the beds could be more comfortable.

We found dirty men’s socks in the bed between the sheets. That means the sheets weren’t changed. Otherwise how could the socks have gotten there. This is disgusting and we should have a room credit for that room. Would hate to see those pics and info on the web. Not impresssed at all.

Would not recommend based on my dirty room.

Hotel location was hard to find. A big suite with an unproportional tiny bath room. Room was dirty & dated. It felt like it was vacant for a long ti lousy job. The towel had lip stain, the sink & bed had hairs and most disgusting was the shower curtain. The outside layer was ok but the inside plastic curtain was absolutely disgusting. I almost wanted to get a new one @ the dollar store but was just too tired and late at night. I uploaded a picture of it but didn't show. Don't know why???

The staff was amazing! Thank you to Markeia and her boss for exceptional care and giving my kids snacks. Location is great. Room is a nice size. Shower was very loud. We had no microwave. Overall it was a good stay.

The breakfast in the morning was great for a hotel breakfast. They give you normal plates and silverware and some of the food was kept in Dutch ovens.

Our room was very accommodating. Had a sectional and ottoman/coffee table. The sink was more accessible in the main room, outside of the bathroom with toilet and shower. Plus, there was an additional sink near microwave and fridge. Made getting ready in the morning easier/quicker. Would definitely stay here again.
