The loft is just what we needed. Pretty close to Steelers Stadium for MNF. There was indoor parking and Henry was always available for any questions. I would stay here again if in town for a football/baseball game.
Rental was as listing described an industrial loft in a previously industrial area of Pitt. Neighborhood isnât walkable but only a 10 drive min from downtown. Located on a quiet side street, next to a church.I appreciated that owners were very responsive. There were issues I informed them of items broken, trash under a bed, all which I could live with but the hair in the sheets I could not. It was disappointing that even after I submitted photos of all the short black hairs in the sheets the owners made no attempt at resolution. FYI no one in our party had short black hair. After a day of travel I was washing bedding at 1am. All of this was communicated, owners asked for photographic proof twice, and made no attempt to rectify but sent their apologies instead.
The host was very responsive and the accomodations were exceptional. The whole family was appreciative that the beds were just as comfortable as the ones at home and we loved the industrial motif. The kids loved the foosball table as well. The location was perfect for our appointment at UPMC Presby; just a 5 minute drive. Trips to the North Shore for the Aviary and Museum of Illusions were only 15 minutes, so I would consider staying here if I were in 'Tahn' for a Steelers or Buccos game as well.Highly recommended.
My son was having a procedure at UPMC Children's and we needed to stay in town for at least 8 days. The proximity to the hospital is perfect (5-6 min). We spent the majority of our time in the apt as he was recovering. It was quiet (aside from street noise occasionally - loud cars, but nothing unexpected or prolonged). The kitchen had everything we needed, the washer and dryer came in very handy and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
Loved the loft. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and perfectly decorated. Communication with Henry was on point. If you are looking for a place to stay while you are in town, you will love it here.
The two bedroom apartment was stylish and convenient to our planned activities. Loved the fact that sheltered parking was available to us at a very reasonable fee.We saw a baseball game, ate at a couple of our fave restaurants and a couple new ones. Got a little culture at the Andy Warhol Museum and next thing we knew we had to go.
Everything was excellent but the TV's in the bedroom was not working so by it being 3 females in the house each of us had different things we watched at night
They claimed I got a check in instructions. I used the vrbo app and there was nowhere other than itinerary that had the actual unit number. I checked my email etc and there was zero information on the unit number. I got a code when messaging the owner, but nowhere in the correspondence was a room number ever given. I had 3 kids and 3 adults and we ended up driving an hour and a half at 1 am back to our home town. On my sons birthday. The reply I got was from the owner was âit was in the check in informationâ that like I said I never received. How is that the only place where the room number was published. Not in the itinerary, the original booking emails or anything else. This is unacceptable and I feel like I should get a refund. Haopy birthday to alex, other than this nightmare he had a stellar bday
As a first time visitor to Pittsburgh, I was unfamiliar with the neighborhoods and took a chance on this stylish loft apartment that was a 5 minute drive to PPG Arena (our ultimate destination). Iâm glad I did as the space was very comfortable and the property management team was exceptionally helpful. The area is up and coming, and not exactly walkable if you are not that adventurous, but it is only minutes away by ride share to many attractions, restaurants and night life. I opted to take advantage of the garage parking for the additional fee but street parking seemed ample.
From the title, you know why we came to the Burg. If see a show at PP&G, OUTSTANDING location.Property is as advertised. Didn't even realize there was on site Gym/Basketball court! For longer stays either for business or fun, truly perfect. I will 100% stay again when seeing a show or a game. ONLY issue would be the toilet paper. It was John Wayne style. Will bring my own from home next time
We were in town for a college graduation and had a great stay at the loft. Plenty of room for 4 adults. The place was clean, well stocked and in a good location with easy parking. Great communication with the host. Definitely recommend.
We booked for a quick visit to the University of Pittsburgh with our daughter. The apartment was spotless and we all felt very comfortable staying there. We were only a few blocks from Pitt. We did take advantage of the parking garage which was basically across the street. Hoping to stay here again since we will be in town often for the next few years.
It was clean and comfortable, the only compliant was the noise from the street and the heater when it turned on. I am a light sleeper and had a hard time sleeping.
Clean, cozy, and convenient (especially with dogs)
Great property and very easy communication and check-in/out. Plenty of space for two couples and two dogs). Would definitely consider staying here again during my next visit to the âBurgh.
Quick stay in Pittsburgh for graduation. Great location and great hosts. Beds were very comfortable. Easy to access building and great communication with hosts. Recommend this place.
Convenient location to visit Pitts and CMU.
We stayed here for CMU college tour
The apt was clean but slightly older than the picture
The street is kind of noisy at night.
Check in was easy and the host is super responsive to any question or request
