The room was dirty. The blinds were broke. The phone did work. Had to get a new remote for tv. If this wasn’t just a single night we would have left.! I believe the Quality Inn should reimburse the cost of the room and deduct it from our parking balance. Marie Bearce 724-678-4162

Staff was courteous. Rooms need updated. Curtains had holes/ripping; ceiling and walls deteriorated. Bathroom clean but worn. Flooring is squeaky and carpet looks old.

There were no lights on the parking lot so it was very dark. Our room was not accessible from inside the lobby and was difficult to find walking on a dark parking lot. I chose this hotel due to the rate offered and that it was pet friendly. However, the upcharge for the pet was as much as the room rate. I did not find this very fair as it was not noted when I made the reservation. The room itself was not cared for and was in poor condition, not dirty just not updated. My little 20 pound dog was not going to cause damage that had not already happened to this room. There were cigaratte burns on the tub and counter, the sheets were stained, the carpet was not new and the furniture was outdated. All electrics behind the bed were hooked to one power strip that was hanging in mid air over the headboard.

The hotel when I arrived, didn't find my reservation. They made a new one and when I check out the next morning I noticed that they charged me for my first reservation (as a no show) and the new reservation. I told the receptionist about it and she tried to resolved it but told me that she would let the manager resolve it and would call me. Nothing been resolved yet.
