Very convenient to get to PPG. The Air conditioning did not work well. And when chatting with others, it wasn't just us. It was everybody. The room was a bit dirty when we walked in. Still candy wrappers from the last folks who stayed.

The bar restaurant was nice, and the view from our room was lovely. The hotel is walkable to the incline that takes you to cute little bistros and shops. The kid in the next room cried a lot. We'd stay here again.

The asthetics of the entrance to the hotel was very welcoming. Limited staffing at the desk for check in and the elite counter was not available. Service at the general counter was welcoming and supportive seeking to assure an optimal experience.
