I had reserved a room with a king bed but was given a room with two queens beds instead, which was fine. The shower was very difficult to turn on but once I got it working, it was great. The little reader lights on the bed post didn’t work. Overall though, our stay was great. Room was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

They were having issues checking us in. There was no parking, major construction mud and fencing all around. told we could only have 1 car per room which they charged for, we actually checked out a day early but they charged us for 2 days of parking.

very nice hotel. Very close to PNC -and great restaurants. The linens definitely are lacking and the pillows were very inadequate. Parking was an issue during our stay. Staff was very helpful in accommodating our vehicle.

Had a great time, a little confusing with construction going on. Shower-bath had a continuous drip.we could tell it had the drip for along time due to a stain in the tun. Had to close the door to sleep. Other than that, stay was good, breakfast was good.

The location of this hotel can’t be beat! It’s pretty standard otherwise- not too great, not too bad. You’re paying to be close to everything on the North Shore. Staff is always kind and helpful. Room could have been cleaner but nothing too specific.

Bad luck

First charged me second time for my stay that was already paid for. Then couldnt get money for 4 days. Next only had scalding hot water in the shower. Just a tough two days.
