Its kind hard to leave a review when i was unable to stay there for lack of a place to park. I arrived checked in, paid 27.00 extra to park in their lot and left to go to a concert. Around 11.00pm i returned to hotel to park and there was no parking at all in their lot or anywhere close. I never went to my room at all. I called hotel and they only refunded my parking. REALLY!!!! Why keep selling parking tickets when you know you can't park everyone. I would of stayed there if i could of parked. I feel if i don't get a refund on my room i never entered, i will definitely spread the word. Unhappy

I paid alot of money to stay there and also paid 27.00 extra to park. I checked in around 4:30 and then left to go to a concert. I never even went to my room because when the concert was over and i came back there was no parking ANYWHERE. Its wrong to charge for parking and then not have a spot.

Staff at this location are awesome always!!! The property is/was clean although the rooms are looking worn. Bathtoom with tub surfaces peeling, dim lighting, lighting over bed didn't work, lights burned out apparently. Wallpaper dingy, separating at the seams. Time for Marriott to spend on updates and refreshing the property. Morning buffet soarse, boring. Same food last 5 years. The reason for the five stars? Solely based on staff excellence because the other issues are not within their control and must be addressed by Marriott Corporate.

The staff at this hotel was exceptional. Everyone we met at the front desk was beyond helpful, the woman working the breakfast area was a rock star and the staff at the in-house restaurant were the best restaurant workers we may have had the pleasure of interacting with. The restaurant food was very good.
