We enjoyed our stay very much. We were tocheck in at 4:00pm but a clean room wasn't available. We didn't get in until 5:00, so it ran us a tad short on getting to our destination when we wanted. I unerstand the hotel was at full capacity, so they were very busy.

We arrived and drove up to the front doors. We were asked if we wanted Valet or Self Park with no other information. We chose Self Park. Once in the parking garage we easily found the elevator and parked near it. We grabbed our bags and entered the elevator. Once inside there were signs stating that hotel visitors could not bring their bags through the casino. We went down anyway and were immediately redirected to to go back up the elevator and find the stairs. The stairs were a ways from the elevator and we weee on the 4th floor. The stairs took us outside and we had to walk back to the entrance on the other end of the building. All this time carrying our bags. Once inside the hotel was wonderful. DO NOT SELF PARK!!

The hotel is connected to the casino. I had no interest in the casino but the hotel was aesthetically beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful, and FREE PARKING, with an equally friendly valet parking staff.

Lobby area heavy cigarette smoke due to close proximity of casino. Challenging getting room cleaned or serviced but otherwise a great place to stay. Complimentary valet parking is a huge bonus.

Honestly one of the best hotels I have been in. The Casino floor was great, staff were very helpful. Location was perfect to leave and come back to while visiting the city. Price was very good the days I spent there so this will be my go to place when I pass through.
