My five star rating is based on the rental being an exceptional value at the rate I paid (the rate I found on Expedia). Our suite was a plain but super comfortable one bedroom apartment with full kitchen and living area, plenty of storage space. The location is extremely convenient, and it was very clean.

This large space was a welcome change after being in hotel rooms for 2 weeks! Although it's somewhat dated, we enjoyed our stay. It was wonderful to have a full kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, toaster, and coffee maker. Check in and check out was easy. A great value.

Pet friendly apparently doesn’t mean pet friendly. You have to pay per pet even when you book a pet friendly room even thought it doesn’t say anywhere there’s a per-pet fee.

Our room for 1 Saturday night. We were upstairs in a corner next to a room that had a party that lasted until we were up in the morning. People in and out all night. This is not a hotel, more like an apartment complex with a few rooms for rent.

Dirty couch was a bummer.

The couch could use a giid cleaning. It was so dirty (stains and crusty spots) we didn’t dare sit on it. Most of the rest if the accommodation was in good shape and clean.

The pros are clean, lots of space and a full kitchen and balcony for the same price or better than hotel room. Very easy and secure access. Cons-no office on site. There were 3 of us, but found only 2 sets of towels (online claimed extra under sink, but we borrowed from a family member in the area). Also, no bedding for pull out couch. We didn't bother trying to call the number, so someone may have been able to bring these, if we asked.

There was an odd smell in the entry…maybe smoky as though someone had violated the no smoking policy. The toilet was sluggish and started to overflow before my husband plunged it. A very big TV in the living room would not connect to the network so it was useless. We used the one in the bedroom. The young person on duty was responsive but was unable to fix the TV problem. He used air freshener for us but that was superficial.
