Multigenerational family group of 16

The Conmigo Villa was perfect for our big, multigenerational family group of 16! Everything was clean and beautiful and our hosts were responsive to our every need. The kids loved the pool and sandy beach, and we all enjoyed the big covered patios and outdoor dining. Our chef took very good care of us too

The Conmigo Villa was perfect for our big, multigenerational family group of 16! Everything was clean and beautiful and our hosts were responsive to our every need. The kids loved the pool and sandy beach and we all enjoyed the big covered patios and outdoor dining. Our chef took very good care of us too.

Absolutely fantastic

This was my fourth time staying at a Gecko Property, and once again, everything was absolutely fantastic! Most of our group of 14 was visiting Belize for the first time, and they completely fell in love with it. From the beautiful home to the beach and private pier, everything was perfect. The property is ideal for a large group — plenty of space to relax, gather, and enjoy the incredible surroundings. Chef Rodwell was truly amazing. Every single meal he prepared was five-star quality and became a highlight of our trip. Edwin and his wife did an outstanding job with housekeeping and kept everything spotless and comfortable throughout our stay. If you’re traveling with a big group, I highly recommend staying here. We can’t wait to come back for our wedding in 2028!

Great family vacation

This property on Maya Beach in Belize just north of the Placencia Vilaage was amazing. Well stocked. Amazing grounds keeper and housekeeper. The pool was clean and the beds so comfortable. It was a great location to get to the village on golf carts and several surrounding restaurants.

Conmigo Villa – Perfect for Large Families & Groups

Conmigo Villa was absolutely perfect for our group of 15, including seven kids. The layout is ideal—three bedrooms on each side of the villa—with plenty of beds and space for everyone to spread out comfortably. Having two kitchens made meals and dining incredibly easy for a large group. The beach access right outside the back door was a dream, and the pool was a favorite for both kids and adults. The dock was a highlight—complete with a swing and a great spot for our group to fish and relax. We also can’t say enough about the caretakers, Edwin and Nellie. They were incredibly helpful and made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. Conmigo Villa made our Belize trip easy, relaxing, and unforgettable. We would absolutely stay here again!

Forever memorable!

Absolutely lovely trip. Forever memorable this was our 3 & 5 year old's first Beach adventure. Couldn't  have been a better spot to introduce them to the beautiful ocean. We played in the waves, found see treasures and marveled over the stunning Starfish. We all couldn't get enough of pool time. We truly appreciate all the care put into curating this space and the amazing folks and staff that made our stay not only comfortable but special. We will cherish this trip for years to come.

Great vacation spot!

This property is beautiful from the moment you walk in the front door and can see the white sand beach and turquoise water thru the floor to ceiling windows in the back of the house. The infinity pool is where you can relax or cool off at anytime of the day or night. There is a poolside grill or a fully furnished kitchen for all your cooking needs. All the bedrooms have comfy beds and individual a/c units to keep everyone comfortable. Don't miss the views from the balconies. I can't wait to go back!

Everything we wanted!

I was so fortunate to have to chance to stay at this lovely house in November! With 6 big bedrooms and bathrooms there was plenty of room for my whole group to have space to relax. The kitchens are beautiful and have everything you will need. We spent a lot of our time outside either in the pool, hanging out on one of the multiple patios (with amazing views) and playing on the water in kayaks and paddle boards. There are so many fun beach restaurants within walking distance with swim up bars and music! Deanne Kasic

We loved our time at Conmigo Villas!

We loved our time at Conmigo Villas! Edwin and Nellie took great care of us and always were attentive to any need we had. We had a problem with one of the golfcarts but Edwin got us a new one within hours. The pool was wonderful. The sargassum problem is all over and not controllable by anyone, but is hard this time of year. Yolanda did a great job arranging our transportation and everything was ready for us despite being delayed 2 hours. Chef Johny created delicious meals and gave us helpful information about the area. Thank you for an amazing family vacation!

Literally the best vacation of my life!

I have never stayed in a place this beautiful actually. The weather was amazing, both the pool and the ocean was warm…the group I went with was soul filling…we took a hike through a jungle and swam in a waterfall and went tubing…perfect mixture of adventure, bonding, and relaxation. We rented Conmigo’s Villa in Maya Beach through Gecko Vacation Rentals for a 7-night group stay (12 adults), and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Communication throughout the booking process was clear, professional, and timely. All details were provided well in advance, which made coordinating a large group much easier. Check-in instructions were straightforward, and everything at the property matched the listing description. The villa itself was perfect for a group: • 6 bedrooms / 6 bathrooms gave everyone private space • Large shared common areas for gathering • Oceanfront views with beautiful sunrise mornings • Private pool and dock • Two 6-seat golf carts included (huge convenience) The property was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up for group travel. Having golf carts included made grocery runs and trips into Placencia Village simple and fun. We also utilized concierge assistance for transportation, bikes, and pre-arrival grocery stocking, and those arrangements were handled smoothly. For anyone considering Maya Beach vs. Placencia Village: we were very happy with our location. It offered a quieter atmosphere while still being close to restaurants and amenities. Overall, Gecko delivered exactly what was promised. Professional, organized, and ideal for group travel. Would absolutely recommend and would book with them again.

We booked this property for a multigenerational family trip and it was amazing. Great amount of space, nice beach and pool with games and activities. Nellie did a wonderful job keeping the property clean and neat. Edwin was fabulous, very responsive and attentive to any property needs we had during the week. A highlight was Albert and his fabulous cooking! We all enjoyed every meal, along with Albert’s company. Our kids are missing him and his delicious meals. Our biggest issue was with the “concierge” service. We had trouble getting answers to our questions in a timely manner. All contact was via email or by calling an international number. Email response time averaged 3-5 business days and Information received was not always accurate. Even once we were on site, response time was slow. By the time we heard back from our concierge, we had found solutions to the issue on our own. In retrospect, we would have asked the concierge for recommendations for local vendors for excursions, etc, then booked everything directly through the vendors ourselves. As someone who has planned a number of multigenerational trips, planning through the concierge took significantly more time and effort than other trips we have planned on our own. Despite the challenges of planning, we would still book this property again because every thing was wonderful once we were there.

Perfect Beachfront Getaway!

Conmigo Villas was a perfect beachfront retreat that accommodated our large group. It offered a lot of sitting areas both inside the house and outside on the patios and multiple decks so we could spread out or convenient together. The best part, of course, was a stunning view of the ocean and covered dock, where we sat and enjoyed the sights and sounds of the ocean and even enjoyed some yoga sessions, right next to the water. We enjoyed having restaurants just a short walk away (Mangoe’s and Azure Del Mar). The whole house is beautifully furnished and decorated, and the kitchens were well-stocked. We also loved hanging out at the pool. The host was very responsive, which allowed us to thoroughly enjoy our vacation. We would love to come back again.

Location, adventure, relaxation ❤️????

Literally couldn’t have asked for a more amazing vacation. Direct flights from Denver easy travel from Belize to maya Beach, Incredible kayaking or paddle boarding if you want direct from the house, including caretakers, who even bring the kayaks to the water for you and clean your house while you were gone each day. We also had many days of just lounging in the pool and the amazing house. Great combo with kids of nearby adventure, tubing, waterfalls, etc. if you want. I also really enjoyed the nearby restaurants, Supermarket and for a very small price you can even hire a Cook to come in to the house! Five stars across the board whether it’s a family reunion family vacation or friends getaway. This is the perfect spot.! ❤️

Fun girls trip!

I had an incredible time at this beautiful house in November with 8 girlfriends. With 6 spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, we all had our own space to relax at the end of the day. The stunning kitchens provided everything we needed to cook or talk over a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Much of our time was spent outside, enjoying the infinity pool or relaxing on one of the patios while soaking in the breathtaking views. Our adventures included kayaking and paddleboarding directly from the house, as well as a guided tour to a national park where we tubed down a river, hiked to a waterfall, and climbed a mountain. The weather was perfect! There are many lively beach restaurants nearby that feature swim-up bars and music, which added to the magic of our getaway! We also rented a golf cart to explore the area, making it easy and fun to get around.
