"Generally a great hotel with at a stunning location and well designed interior. Although the rooms could be a bit more spacious for the price. What leads to the lower rating is the bad service. There are really great individuals but in sum this is not good enough for the class this hotel aspires. Two main things: 1) the service at the pool is very inexperienced, forgets items and is very slow (for astronomic prices of €20+ spritzes, €12 Iced Coffees...) 2) We forgot some items in the room and immediately contacted the reception. Only after a second follow up they reacted with a simple "nothing was there" which is obviously wrong, they just didnt check. A further follow up has not been answered by the hotel. In summary: nice for instagram, nice to hang out at the pool but the service needs to improve big time and not worth the price."

"Ich war im Oktober im Comfort Aparthotel Mandelieu-la-Napoule und habe die Zeit dort extrem genossen. Die Anlage ist wunderschön ruhig gelegen – da die Auslastung in dieser Jahreszeit geringer ist, hat man richtig viel Privatsphäre und kann wunderbar entspannen. Die Ausstattung bietet alles, was man braucht – nicht mehr, nicht weniger. Ich fand es sehr angenehm, direkt vor dem Apartment parken zu können, und das Personal war durchweg freundlich und aufmerksam. Besonders schön ist, dass man ein kleines Mini-Apartment über zwei Etagen hat – fast wie ein kleines Häuschen für sich allein. Das Bad ist etwas kompakt, aber das tut dem Wohlgefühl keinen Abbruch Insgesamt habe ich mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme auf jeden Fall wieder. 🌴💛"
