Top Lage mit Verbesserungspotenzial beim Frühstück
"Das Hotel überzeugt mit dem kostenlosen Angebot an Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirmen am Strand – ein klarer Vorteil für Gäste. Zu beachten ist jedoch die Konsumationspflicht am Strand.
Das Frühstück wird derzeit nicht als Buffet, sondern individuell serviert. Für den gezahlten Preis der Übernachtungen wirkt das Frühstücksangebot eher bescheiden und wenig abwechslungsreich. Besonders bei hoher Auslastung kommt es vor, dass die Küche mit den zahlreichen Bestellungen überfordert ist – auch wenn das Team stets freundlich und bemüht bleibt.
Vorschlag zur Verbesserung: Die Einführung eines Frühstücksbuffets würde sowohl die Vielfalt erhöhen als auch die Abläufe im Service erleichtern und damit dem Anspruch an das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis besser gerecht werden."
