It's cheap and convenient. Is it clean?....meh... There's full residency there of very low income individuals and sketchy individuals. Office staff kicked people out that were on the no stay list. Would i make sure the cars locked and all items out of view, absolutely. Room was clean, but outdated. Bed was comfortable and clean. Would i stay here with my family, probably not.

I was shocked at the lack of cleanliness at this hotel. I went to the room and the sheets had blood and other nasty stains on them and there was hair everywhere. The sink, tub and toilet were all dirty and had not been cleaned. When I went to the front desk to ask for a refund they told me their cleaning person had cleaned the room, which is a disgrace because even the lobby was disgusting. I got my money back and went across the street to the LaQuinta and I would recommend that hotel to anyone. The people working at this Best Value Inn should be fired!

The property appears to beused as a local boarding house maybe. I had a fridge that wasnt very cold, a door that wasnt locking properly and most of all there was a roach walking around on the sofa, where there's one there's many more unseen and upon check out I notified the front desk and he acted like I was lying sorry this placed is poorly maintained and poorly run Andy

Hotel parking by my room wasnt snow plowed, the room smelled of smoke initially. The desk where I ate my meal had sticky residue on the surface. The jacuzzi had hair on edge, and the overall esthetic of the bathroom had seen better days with cieling leaking and walls damaged from water,etc.

Not very clean

I chose this hotel because it was the cheapest at the moment and I was on a tight budget. The room itself was below average and looked nothing like the pictures. The tub spout was leaking from the moment I got there. I let front desk know and they offered to change my room but I didnt want to deal with a new problem in another room and I would only be there for one night so I let it go. When it was time for bed I Iifted the covers to find lots of what looked like eyelashes all over the bed.I regretted not changing the room. I removed them the best I could and got in. I was cold the whole night, the heater was working at first and than just blew cold air all night long. I will not be staying at this hotel again. I guess I got what I paid for.

Nous avons réservé une chambre pour 6 personnes alors qu’on est 5 et il y avait seulement 4 places pour dormir alors j’ai demandé des couvertures pour faire un lit parterre à ma plus jeune car il n’y avait pas de lit d’appoint et on est 3 convaincues qu’il y a eu des animaux dans cette chambre avant nous alors qu’on signe qu’on doit payer 150$ de frais s’il y a un animal

I have stayed at America’s Best Value Inn multiple times because of its budget-friendly rates and last-minute availability. However, my recent experience was unacceptable. The room was extremely unclean—the comforter was covered in dog hair, and there were long strands of brunette hair all over the sheets, pillows, bathroom floor, sink, and towels. It was clear the room had not been properly cleaned. Additionally, there was no hot water in the shower or bathroom sink during my stay, despite the outside temperature being 7 degrees in Plattsburgh. This made for an extremely uncomfortable experience. The linens were also stained and dirty, with visible boot prints as if they had been stepped on and then reused. I understand this is a budget hotel, but the lack of cleanliness and basic amenities is unacceptable. I can no longer recommend this hotel to anyone, including solo travelers or families. I will not be returning.
