I was told when i booked that property had a EV charging station, they didn't tell me it was only for Tesla. I booked this particular hotel to to able to charge my Equinox. I was very upset. Also only ice machine on our side of building didn't work all week. I told front desk, nothing was done

Front desk folks were super nice. I forgot my phone charging wall outlet and they charged my phone for me. Brought my dog and she was welcome. Pool was nice. Great stay.

Really enjoyed our stay. Friendly helpful staff, easy check in, room was very nice, pet friendly, fabulous breakfast (10 out of 10). Only negative was small bathroom, tiny low toilet and not great shower pressure. Will definitely stay here again - great location in Plattsburgh, walkable to anything you could want and a quick drive to anywhere else.
