"Leider nicht zu empfehlen. Das Bild des Hauses täuscht. Die Wände waren alle kaputt (abblätternde Tapete und bröckelige Wand). Wasserschaden an der Wand in der Küche. 2 Tage lang habe ich kalt geduscht, die anderen Tage funktionierte es. Der Toilettendeckel ist defekt, rutscht also runter und hat Klebeflecken auf der Brille (auch noch nach der Reparatur). Die Lichtschalterabdeckung in der Küche hat einfach gefehlt (wurde dann nachträglich angebracht). Von den harten Betten möchte ich garnicht erst anfangen. Kakerlaken waren auch des Öfteren zu Besuch (muss man leider auch mit rechnen). Generell riecht es nach Baustelle in der Wohnung (man hat leider auch nur 3 kleine Fenster (keins davon im Bad oder einem Schlafzimmer). Man merkt einfach, dass man sich keine Mühe gegeben hat. Die Seife, das Spüli und die Raumdüfte waren entweder leer oder mit Wasser 1mm aufgefüllt.Die Hausverwaltung sagte mir, das das der Kanarische Stil der Wohnung sei. Leider auch keine Hilfe von FeWo selbst bekommen. Wirklich Schade."
