A lot of check in issues. Check in at around 1pm ,the lady who helped me and my friend checked in said will have our rooms ready at 3:30pm, then we went to eat lunch, and tried to finish it at 3:30pm and went there , the lady Eva wasn’t there anymore, so we asked other staff in front , I said we already checked in with Eva ,just come to get the keys . And then the guy said they don’t have two rooms available in the same building , me and my friend we asked before when we checked in , and the lady took about 45 minutes to check us in and told us to come get the keys at 3:30pm. We come at 3:30pm said not ready, then we came at 4:30pm the guy said we don’t have same rooms at the same building , but I can check it out now , and took about another 15 minutes , finally gave us 2 rooms 4455/4459, and that 4455 that river view is not that good view as the lady told us . And 4459 bathroom door is broken. Anyway not a good experience.
