Many great restaurants within walking distance on 5th Avenue. Short walk to the beach and nice rooftop pool that we were the only ones to enjoy most of the time. Host Ary is exceptional to ensure all your needs and questions are taken care of

Great affordable place

Other than the no hot water in the showers, the place was just as described. Close to beach, tons of towels and extra blankets. Loved that my son had his own bedroom and private bathroom with shower. Three bedrooms and four bathrooms was really really convenient. Everything we needed was there and the manager responded to all my inquiries quickly. Building is very secure and pool is nice.

It’s a very nice house and the contact person are easy to contact but unfortunately there were bed bugs on two of the bedrooms. Would definitely not recommend or will return to that house

Great flat, well furnished, easy access to shared swimming pool

My friends and I stayed for 10 days here. We really enjoyed it, it was quite clean, well furnished, the big bedrooms with each their private bathroom (shower, sink, toilets) is great. A/C and fans works well. Few minor items perhaps were missing in the kitchen but didn't bother us at all to cook big meals regularly. Only downside: there is no sea view from the shared swimming pool on the roof anymore as many other hotels built in front of it now. And the swimming pool looks a tiny bit bigger on the pictures than it actually is. But we really enjoyed this space every day anyway, half of the time we were actually alone up there!
