I was not expecting having to pay a rent fee and deposit for my towel. Which would have not be a problem as long as it was mentioned before booking.
Employees had an attitude when I asked basics about the property, giving me very short to no answers. It was like I was supposed to know the place and how things work around there.
Air conditioning was not working properly in the shared room (I complained about it and they were like... it works fine.đđđ) so I decided to upgrade to a private room. In this new room the top bed sheet was not changed, there were what it seemed like food stains. When I asked the lady in charge about it, she said everything was changed and clean.
I had ask to extend my stay and I was told that no beds were available. I notice that there were 4 other beds that were avaible, so I went to hotels.com to book a reservation for another night. I was able to and still was denied to extend. I ask what was the reason. The lady at the front desk could not give me an answer. I asked to speak with the manager and then another man went down the street to call the police once I stated I was going to give a bad review on Hotels.com, Google and Facebook. I was asked to leave once the police arrived 5 hours before checkout without a refund. Highly disappointed with the service.
