"What a great stay! From the moment I arrived, the reception team made me feel genuinely welcome – friendly, attentive, and happy to accommodate my requests, which set a positive tone for the entire visit. The room was spotlessly clean, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job while being wonderfully discreet. Special mention goes to the SkyBar team – their friendliness, helpfulness, and upbeat energy really stood out and added to the relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel. The fitness room was well-maintained, and the location is perfect. The night reception staff also deserves credit for being consistently pleasant, even during late hours. Overall, a very enjoyable experience. I’d happily return! ¡Qué estancia tan agradable! El gimnasio estaba bien cuidado y la ubicación es perfecta. El personal de recepción nocturna también merece reconocimiento por ser siempre amable, incluso en horas tardías.
