Todo estuvo muy bien, el servicio brindado por el personal fue excelente en todo sentido, pero en conparacion con la visita anterior las instalaciones se veian un poco descuidadas, tampoco hubo actividades nocturnas o shows, me parece que hicieron falta, los restaurantes estuvieron cerrados solo el bufet estuvo disponible, las bebidas fueron muy limitadas en variedad.

The hotel is located on a high hill. A shuttle runs every 5 minutes from 7am to 10pm.There is no internet in the rooms, and most importantly, there is no ilocal phone in the rooms. If something happens to you at night, there is no way to report it. It is impossible to climb the mountain.We are an elderly couple and we had a room with a steep staircase to the second floor. The hotel service does not include suitcase delivery. Even after we asked, no one helped us carry our suitcases upstairs. The service is very poor; there are not enough people to serve us. The beds and towels are very old.We stayed at the hotel for three days, and the room was completely unprepared for our visit. There was no hot water, the safe didn't work, and no one responded to our complaint for a day and a half. The expedition team didn't respond either, it was vacation time.

Rooms are terrible, dated, no phone, no WiFi in the rooms. Not having a phone in rooms is a safety concern. They made it seem like there was round trip airport transportation but that is not the case. Food was not good either.

The room was disgusting and outdated! We had mold all over the walls. When we asked for a refunded they told me to contact Expedia. We ask for another room and this room had mold and bugs in the bed! None of the pictures on here are real!! Do not waste your money! The food is horrible as well! Housekeeping would take dirty towels and not leave clean! The entire resort is uphill. They do not help with bags. There is no WiFi in the rooms. Also no phones in the room! God forbid someone have a medical emergency you would never get assistance!

AC was about to bust after the late check in that they never apologized for. Requested a blanket that never came in spite of being assured by reception that housekeeping would come through. Food was rice and beans and protein which I could have had in town drinks were nothing that included creams or fruit because they had no budget. Reservations for dinner were almost bungled between the lazy chubby reception guy and Ramon the guy who mishandled it. Had I not threatened, I wouldn’t have gotten one for my wife’s birthday even after showing up early to have to be aggravated. The pool was not as clean as I’d hope but at least the view was nice. But they false advertise because between what is advertised offered expected and paid I’D HAVE DONE BETTER AT HOTEL FIESTA ALL INCLUDED without the drive to Guanacaste.

Beautiful Views, nice Beach, interaction with wildlife. Room was clean and nice. Most important was how great and Hard working the staff was. Affordable option, not a fancy resort with high prices but was an wonderful experience for us.

The resort is old and run down, the outdoor furniture is falling apart as are the roofs. There’s a lack of lounge chairs. The website misrepresents the resort. There are no activities except for kayaking. Hiking wasn’t available as the trails weren’t maintained. No wifi available except at the reception. Only the buffet restaurant is available. The buffet food is mediocre at best. 2 bars are available including the swim up bar. 4 small pools including 2 infinity pools. Everything shuts down at 10pm. The rooms are a good size, the washroom was missing shelving and towel racks. Two mugs in the room with no coffee maker or kettle?! On the positive side, the views are stunning, the resort shuttle is reliable and runs every 5 minutes. The beach is a 5min walk. The staff (bartenders, front desk, drivers and waiters) are all very friendly, feels like the resort had its day quite a few years ago, but wouldn’t take too much to get it back up to par with the rest of the available choices out there.

The room was nice,clean and comfortable. The property was beautiful and the thermal springs were great. We had a good time the only thing bad was when we went to the restaurant the person who sat us was on his phone and when we told him we were only getting drinks at the bar he rolled his eyes. But the staff was friendly overall.

The hot tub was the same temp as the pool. Food variety was limited and lacked seasoning/condiments. Pool area was nice, room was clean, and good service. Beautiful location and beach. You get what you pay for, and this resort was decent.

Didn't have how water for almost 3 days, Hottub only work the last night of our trip. Room cleaning people were excellent but didn't speak english. Room invade by ants and insects. All inclusive had only limited premade offering and food wasn't limited and options. Only activies was the pool and beach front. Beautiful views though

This was worst all inclusive, i have travelled around the world. And this is just pity.. There are no words to dedribe. They should pay you to stay there. Everything is a hustle. Food 0, location 2. Dont get fooled by the pictures
