People working the lobby desk were very helpful and kind. Our room was dirty, bathroom door off the hinges, and floors were very dirty. The breakfast food was basically depleted at 8:30.

If you cant do staris this place is not for you there is no elevators there. Also pur reservation almost got camceled because we had a late check in even though we called and asked for a laye check in. Staff is friendly. In our room we had no remote and when asked for one we got theres no one here to help with that do you really need one this late. Well were still on California time so yes..... We ended up using our phones. There is no ice on the top floor you have to go down stairs but as you get closer to it the hall smells like dogs just peed all over it. The next day even though we put the do not disturb sign on they still tried to come in thankfully I put the other lock on. Also when we dod ask for towels no one ever came. When we left our door wouldnt lock behind us someone had to come fix it but we had somewhere to be. When we got back that evening the towels and iron was finally there. Overall it wasn't horrible to stay in we only just slept there. They can definitely do some upgrades I felt it was one step above a motel 6. If you just need a quick place to stay then yes this place is ok for a quick trip and the staff is friendly. They also serve breakfast in the mornings. We didnt eat breakfast due to other plans.

Room was nice and clean. No instructions on how to use the TV. Front desk person had no clue on how it worked. Which did suck and they should have instructions for it. Also beware if you are a woman on your monthly cycle, everything is white and apparently they don’t use bleach when washing sheets and such. I had started and it leaked on the fitted sheet. When I went and asked for a clean one, was informed that I could be charged $100 due to leaking on the sheet!! When I asked where does it state that, she pulls out a plastic frame from behind the counter (not in view of customers to even see) with the charges of what you would be charged if you stain/ruin something. It does not state anywhere on website, check in paperwork or was told about this. I find that to be ridiculous! How are they going to charge you for something that you can’t control? Luckily I was never charged the $100. Also the breakfast was mediocre and kind of gross.

I really loved the breakfast! More hot choices than other motels! I didnt like the backdoor slamming. Our room was by the stairwell, that was annoying. Other than that the staff was great, bed was comfy! NO BUGS! Clean room!

Room condition was deplorable. Dirty, and toilet was so loose, that we thought it would fall over...bad for room under us if you know what mean. Sink drain was plugged. No plastic cups for drinks...only foam coffe cups.

When I went to reserve 2 rooms online I asked for conjoining rooms. I called 2 days before we arrived and requested conjoining rooms and the front desk man who answered the phone said he would make sure we would have 2 rooms with a conjoining door. When we arrived we did not get conjoining rooms, I was told they didn’t have any left. I wasn’t too happy about that. Otherwise the rooms were fine.
