Spend a seaside getaway, perfect for a romantic stay or a solo escape. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift) of a quiet and well-maintained residence, this charming 20 m² apartment is just 200 meters from the large Rosaires beach.

You will enjoy breathtaking sea views and direct access to the famous coastal path (GR34).

In addition to direct access to the beach and the GR34, the apartment’s location is ideal, placing you at the heart of the region’s most beautiful sites and allowing you to easily explore the Brittany coast (driving times):

the lovely port of Binic, just 10 min away, with its lively weekly market every Thursday morning,
the Chaos du Gouët, about 15 min away, a remarkable natural site of steep valleys and rocky formations,
Paimpol and its charming harbour, 30 min away,
Cap Fréhel and its spectacular cliffs, 40 min away, as well as the famous Fort La Latte,
Dinan and its beautiful medieval town, 40 min away,
the magnificent and unmissable Bréhat archipelago, reachable in 45 min by car + a short boat crossing,
the famous Ploumanac’h site and the Pink Granite Coast, about 1 hour away,
as well as the Plérin market on Sunday mornings.
