Close (in) the park, outdated and unkempt.

We took the bus from Split to Plitvice, so our options for hotels were limited to what we could walk to from the bus station. I think there were probably better options than this one, however, though the convenience it afforded for walking from the bust station and then into the park were the reason for booking it. Otherwise, the beds and bedspreads were old (looked very 1970s, though...I thought the hotel was refurbished after the 1990s war...) The restaurant was alright, though after our time in Split it was sub-par and expensive. Good place to stay if you just want to visit the park, walk around outside, and sleep. If you were staying for more than one night, might want to look outside the park-owned hotels.
