This home fully renovated in 2019/2020 is nestled atop a hill overlooking the tip Primel. Located on a small road, hiking destination for hikers, it is perfectly quiet.
You will see the tip of Primel with cut rocks and beach, from all rooms.
Latest creation : a beautiful corner glass in the bedroom with double bed, from your bed you will see the sea.
It is not insulated, you are just 1km from the beach and 3 km from shops.
Depending on your mood and the time you can enjoy two gardens, fully enclosed, one on the sea side, the other on the garden side.
It was the home of our grandparents, their grand daughter is a designer, she wanted to keep the house of her chidlhood and has completely redesigned and restructured the various volumes while keeping his soul.
The staircase specially designed and developed for the place, gives a very bright, contemporary look to the living space. The crockery cabinet over one hundred years old naturally finds its place with the stairs, television resting on an old table that was used to store the tools do not disfigure.
In the openspace room on the ground floor two openings, a window door and a window will provide stunning views and direct access to the sea side garden facing the sea.
