Villa Les Roches Mauves - vue mer, accès direct à la plage
Located on the beach of Brehec, between Plouha and Paimpol, les Roches mauves is a large and quiet property, enclosed by walls with a direct access to the beach by a private staircase.
With an area of 180 m2, it can accommodate up to 8 travelers.
This family house dating from 1915 has been completely renovated in 2019, respecting its historical charm (parquet floors, cement tiles..). It is composed of four beautiful bedrooms including a master suite, a spacious living room overlooking the terrace with decorative fireplace, an open kitchen equipped, three bathrooms, a return of beach with toilet, bathroom and shower on the ground floor.
You will also be able to take advantage of a garden of about 2,000 m2, a spacious terrace as well as a vast solarium to extend your time of relaxation in the open air. You will have the feeling of living the sea from the house.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A living room with a view of the sea and garden.
- A fully equipped open kitchen: American fridge, wine cellar...
- Master suite (34 m2): a king-size bed (180×200) or two single beds (90×90), an adjoining shower room and a possible independent access to the outside.
- Separate WC.
- A covered outdoor winter garden area with sauna.
On the first floor:
- Room 2 with sea view: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 3 with sea view: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 4: two single beds that can be joined together to become a king-size bed (180×200).
- A sea view bathroom with bathtub.
- A shower room with shower.
- Separate WC.
Garden level :
- A room back from the beach with bathroom and shower.
- A corner laundry (washing machine, dryer).
- A toilet.
- A kitchen area to prepare and cook shellfish (spiders, lobsters ...).
Outside :
- A beautiful enclosed garden facing the sea of about 2 000 m2 directly above the cliff and beach of brehec.
- A terrace of about 40 m2 with garden furniture (garden table, 10 chairs, 4 chairs, 4 sunbeds, parasol) to enjoy the beautiful days and barbecue with electric plancha.

Ideal to enjoy Brittany with family or friends, the house is located in Brehec known for its beach suitable for water activities (sailing club, kayak, paddle) in a very pleasant, quiet environment. Nature lovers and hikers will also be able to enjoy the GR34 which runs alongside the house.
The house is located near the town of Paimpol and the abbey of Beauport (9kms), the island of Brehat, ploubazlanec (18kms), the estuary of Trieux, the cliffs of Goëlo, the highest in Brittany, gwin-zegal.
You can enjoy 2 restaurants and 1 bar located on the port of Brehec.
The nearest shops are located in Plouha (8kms), Plouezec (5kms).
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (1 vehicle)
or on the grounds of the house (2 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that might be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Paimpol train station located about 16 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport located about 1 hour by car.
