Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: - a small reception veranda, - a living room-kitchen area, - a bedroom (1 double bed (160x200), - a bathroom (shower and double sink), - a separate toilet in the bathroom, - a large utility room/laundry room that can be used to store a variety of items, such as bicycles, for example. Upstairs: - a bedroom with two single beds (70x190). All exterior areas dedicated to the accommodation are enclosed: - a 120 m² paved driveway with a 20 m² covered terrace at the end, - a 70 m² rear garden with lawn and relaxation area, - in this garden, a small 2 m² enclosed shelter. The gîte adjoins the owners' house. owners but not overlooked and with independent entrances. Welcome to the village of Plourivo, nestled between countryside, estuary, and sea. Here in the town, between the town hall, church, and school, everything is on site: shops, vehicle charging stations, and a bar-café. Annette and Patrice have put a lot of effort into renovating this part of their farmhouse, and they will put just as much effort into welcoming you. From this pretty cottage, you can reach the Trieux Estuary for beautiful walks along this large, tidal, wild river, offering magnificent views. There are even beaches like Lédano Beach, 5 km away, and the Saint-Christophe de Lézardrieux Bridge right next door. Of course, 5 km away, the famous Paimpol reveals its highlights: Beauport Abbey, Pointe de Guilben, Tossen Beach, the port and its lively quays, narrow streets, and artisans. Other gems of the region: The small town of character of Pontrieux 12 km away and the departmental estate of the castle and park of Roche Jagu 16 km away Plenty of comfort and elegance await in this cottage in the village of Plourivo. Everything is included, and pets are welcome! Perfect—let the real vacation begin!
