Overall very disappointing, the rooms very tired, and borderline dirty, non existent sound proofing, tiny bathroom for the premier room, lots of wasted space in the room. To get the hotel and Hotels.com to communicate has been one of the worst experiences I think I have ever experienced. For the prices charged, was expecting far better.

Great location, great view from the restaurant, spacious, clean room and friendly staff. But the food in the restaurant, while good, wasn't up to the hype surrounding it, and the bar refused to make a Manhattan cocktail for my wife, surely one of the easiest and most standard cocktails anywhere. Why? "Because we're a corporate-owned property and the corporation does not permit us to make anything that's not on our standard menu." Do you have the ingredients? "Yes, but we can't mix them." Can you sell us the four ingredients and let us mix them ourselves? "Yes, but then I'd have to charge you for four drinks." This is not customer service, people. If you have a bar, especially a "destination bar" as you call it, you need to make the drinks people order, especially if they're as totally mainstream as a Manhattan. Also, the underground car park is the tightest and most claustrophobic I've ever come across. We were driving a small SUV and found the clearances at every corner incredibly tight.
