De maneira geral, gostamos da hospedagem no Hotel Villa Fiori. A localização é excelente e o café da manhã é muito bom.Mas achamos que o colchão da cama era muito usado, pois estava afundando no meio, os travesseiros eram ruins e a TV era de modelo antigo. Achamos que o padrão do hotel merece esses aperfeiçoamentos.

Quando entramos no quarto vimos que a janela estava suja por dentro e por fora, a prateleira do banheiro, embaixo da pia, estava muito suja, empoeirada e as toalhas de banho em cima dela. Pedimos para trocar de quarto e o novo quarto estava bem parecido, com prateleira suja, tapete de banheiro em péssimas condições. Além disso o chuveiro oscilava temperatura, esfriando e esquentando muito durante o banho. A privada estava com vazamento. A equipe foi educada e prestativa, principalmente no café da manhã.

A cama é ruim, colchão afunda, fica com o corpo em curvas!!! Banheiro vasa agua do box, perto da pia ou do vaso fica molhado. Café da manhã, o mamão é servido com casca e sementes, nem o podre não tira. Os talheres estavam mal lavados, lavam, não enxugam e fica com uma imagem sujos!!

O hotel tem ótima localização, quartos e banheiros limpos, colaboradores educados e cordiais e café da manhã variado. Só uma ressalva para a água do chá que ao ser colocada na xícara apresentou sujeiras provavelmente do recipiente que a continha. E como sugestão colocar uma máquina de café para um expresso ou cappuccino, proporcionando uma alternativa para quem não toma café coado. Também como sugestão dar duas chaves para os hóspedes ao invés de uma só.

Solicitei late check out, o combinado foi R$ 150,00 ou R$ 200,00 para mais uma estadia. Ocorre que, na hora de fazer o check out, ao invés de me cobrar R$ 200,00, o atendente disse que o valor sería de R$ 441,00..Óbvio que não aceitei e depois de muito argumentar, obtive o desconto, mas foi uma situação bastante constrangedora.
