The room was not clean the first night. They moved me to a cleaner room the next day. On the third and fourth days, they didn't have clean water because they had turned off the water. I was unable to use the showers or hot tub in the evenings for three of the five days I stayed. They were considerate in trying to help, but they didn't notify me that they were shutting off the water and didn't provide much ulternative solutions. I was not happy about paying to have limited use of the full room.

Roon could've been cleaner, bathroom was dirty, paint coming off the ceiling, and 1 off the walls, room key stopped working. Very noises can here doors banging all night long.
