Patio right off the backdoor entrance has plenty of seating, along with plenty of couches and additional tables and chairs so can kick your feet up anywhere. An outdoor shower is situated on the patio for those after beach moments, and the Weber Grill is perfect for an afternoon family BBQ.

Please note that this home was set up to accommodate families, and we do NOT allow parties under any circumstances. Thanks for understanding and allowing us to serve you by up-keeping its pristine condition.

The home is fitted with a smart door lock, with a new code generated for each guest which will be shared with you prior to arrival. Free parking for vehicles is available in property's large driveway. This is a dog-friendly home as long as your dog is well trained and housebroken.

Guests staying at this serene and modern beach home have exclusive access to the private beach via the passes. Upon booking, a video will be shared with you showing the exact directions to the beach. You are welcome to use the washer/dryer, iron, and steamer as needed. 7 beach chairs, a blanket, towels, and cart are also available for your beach day excursion.

HOUSE RULES:

-Minimum Age requirement to rent this property is 30 years old.

-Guests agree to upload their ID upon booking for verification purposes.

-By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs left home alone unless crated. Please clean up after your pet. $100 pet fee is baked into your nightly rate if you choose to bring your pet

- Guests are responsible for adhering to garbage and recycling schedules during their stay.

- NO parties allowed, Applicable City Noise Ordinance is strictly enforced. (Please no loud music/noise after 10 pm. It is a residential neighborhood.)

-NO smoking inside home

-Google Nest doorbell - front monitored only

-A $49 damage waiver fee is included in your rate and is non refundable.

- $100 replacement fee for each lost beach badge

- Please use outside shower to rinse off sand from the beach before entering house or hot tub.

-Hot Tub is only available Saturday-Thursday. Fridays it is serviced, cleaned and closed for the next arriving guests on Saturday.
