Wonderful Beachside Stay

We had an amazing stay!The house is so lovely and just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk which was fantastic! We were in town for a wedding which left us with a hectic schedule but Jamey and Tara were so communicative and flexible it made our stay wonderfully easy and relaxing. Just a wonderful stay and experience all around!

Great house and location

The house was charming and well equipped. It was a very short walk to the beach, which was key since who wants to drag beach stuff back and forth, especially in wet sandy clothes? The hot tub out back was perfect for evenings. The beds were very comfortable. The hosts were responsive, accommodating and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Early Beach days plus hockey tourney

What a great, property and owners. My friend and I drove from MA to attend a hockey tourney with our boys and everything was super easy. House had plenty of space for all of us, boys loved the hot tub after hockey games (so did us dads... Those rinks are cold 😂). Check out was an easy process and the communication the whole weekend was fabulous.

House was very close to beach, board walk and mini golf. House on a beautiful street with other Victorian homes. House is updated with modern kitchen and bathrooms. 9 people fit comfortably. Owner was very attentive to all our needs and questions. Highly recommend.

Best Beach Vacation

We had the most amazing time! The weather wasn’t great, but the house was big enough that the five of us had plenty of room to nap, work on a puzzle, watch a show and sit on the deck and read a book. The owners are wonderful! The location’s proximity to the beach and center of town is perfect!! We will be back
same time next year!

When the correct choice matters

To not bury the lede, the property and hosts were both amazing and deserve 5-stars. Our 3 day trip included the beach and boardwalk activities being closed due to bad weather, a construction accident nearby limiting access, and a few other bumps in the road. So why was our stay 5-star? Because if we hadn’t booked this lovely home, our vacation would have truly been a nightmare. Instead, their spacious home allowed us to ride out the poor weather inside watching movies, playing games and cards, or in the hot tub in the back yard to simulate the ocean for the kids. We couldn’t do anything about the weather and other issues, so instead we were able to make our own memories there. When you realize life and weather happen, even on vacation, the choice of rental matters, and we highly recommend staying here.

Amazing location and hosts!

The house is huge and our multigenerational family loved it. The hot tub was amazing. The location is right by the boardwalk making it easy to go back and forth. Tara was also super responsive. We’d definitely love to stay here again!

Fantastic location, hosts and front porch!!

This house was everything its listing claims it to be! Absolute perfect location - one block from the beach and boardwalk! You can easily access the beach without dealing with boardwalk traffic because the ramp to the beach is right at the end of the block from this home. The front porch and outdoor shower were absolutely spectacular and our favorite parts of the house! The beds were also really comfortable, which I think is unusual for a rental. Tara and Jamie were wonderful hosts, communicative and helpful!

Amazing beach house for 2 families!

We had 2 families and had plenty of space, with all of the amenities needed for an incredible week at the shore! The front porch was perfect for morning coffee, midday siestas and evening lounging. We loved the comfortable beds, games for kids, laundry supplies, and all of the kitchen supplies to make cooking easy - we felt right at home. The hot tub was a great addition, although a bit too hot during our stay. Another great perk were the beach chairs, umbrella and toys (remember to bring your own beach towels), and super easy access to the beach (plus free passes!). We loved our location being close to everything but also quiet and cozy. Tara and Jamery were fantastic hosts, with clear and helpful communication. We would absolutely stay again!

Perfect Shore Getaway!

I cannot recommend this property enough! The home is well-appointed with fun beach/shore-themed decor. The house was fully furnished with everything we could ever need! It comfortably fit our party of 7. The home is located on a charming street just a short walk from the boardwalk and beach access. The boardwalk is lively, but we could never hear it from the house! The stretch of beach closest to the house was beautiful with plenty of room to spread out. Tara and Jamey were the best hosts we could have asked for. We were sent detailed check-in/checkout instructions, recommendations for shopping and dining, and tips and tricks for the beach before we arrived. Tara was quick to answer a question and always noted that she was just a text or call away if a problem were to arise (which due to their excellent upkeep of the house, was not needed). Again, I cannot recommend this property and Tara and Jamey enough. Our crew loved our stay and can't wait to come back!

Wonderful weekend away!

The property is wonderful. The downstairs accommodated all of us easily. there are two large tables so we could play cards and all eat together comfortably. The bedrooms are all upstairs. I think three king beds are great and were great for us. All were comfortable. The hot tub was also nice to use and the grill was steps from the kitchen which was nice. The front porch was a great place to enjoy morning coffee or to have a drink at the end of the day. Thanks Tara and Jamey!

Sweet home by the beach

Absolutely wonderful staying at Tara and Jameys! They were in contact the entire time and always made feel like we weren’t bugging them if we needed anything. The house was very clean and great proximity to the beach and boardwalk. My 2 year old son handled it all so well and their home made his first trip to the beach amazing. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Weekend wedding

Our friends decided to brave the cold and covid and tie the knot in Point Pleasant. I immediately began to search for the perfect house. By perfect, I don’t mean flawless. I mean I want something with character, with a story. Something I can feel the owner put work into to give it a special edge. When I came upon this house, I immediately knew it was the one. It was a beautifully renovated home, with the thoughtful finishes and pieces lovingly selected to evoke the original time period but enhance the modern amenities the home offers. The hot tub was a greatly appreciated plus! The furniture was comfortable. The owners were very friendly and available. All in all, we were very happy!

Terrific off-season getaway down the shore

We were looking for a property walking distance to the beach and a hot tub off-season. This property delivered on both! The home provided plenty of space for our very small family of five at Thanksgiving! Great overall set up and amenities. Extra speedy communication with the owners as well! Perfect Getaway

The house was just perfect for a week at the beach. Very close proximity to the beach on a nice peaceful street. The house was spacious with an open concept and fenced in backyard. House was spotless and we really enjoyed sitting on the front porch with the nice breeze. Tara was so helpful, during our stay the power went out for several hours and she reached out and offered to bring us a generator. I would highly recommend this house to rent
