The floor was not cleaned properly in all rooms. Light blankets were not available, only doonas. Layout of bathrooms not practical. Lounge seating very uncomfortable. Service was friendly and apartment spacious and surrounds very peaceful.

Our stay at was great. Check-in was quick, and the staff were friendly. The resort’s location is perfect, close to wineries, restaurants, and the Hunter Valley Gardens. The peaceful atmosphere and stunning view of the valley from our balcony made for a truly relaxing experience.

Niece Wedding getaway

Beautiful location, close to many of the popular wineries. Villas were very cozy, spacious and comfy. Shame it was only for a couple of days but will definitely return in the near future.

Amazing place, we have stayed a few times and always love coming here. We stayed at the adults only part which now has there own breakfast which is healthy and delicious. Property around is great and amazing views. We had some neighbors which decided to cook food in their room which brought out some undesirable smells and the staff were very quick to move us away and shut down the cooking. 100% we would be back

An ok but not great stay

A few minor issues but overall a reasonable stay at Cypress Lakes. Dishwasher didn't work, there were crockery items missing and the vibe of the "premium" villa certainly didn't love up to the expected standard.
