Situated in the Vintage, a stunning golf estate, with a modern and elegantly decorated living, dining and fully functional kitchen. Backing directly onto the 14th hole of the golf course, this property has a peaceful and idyllic vista. The house has a sunken lounge room, complete with luxurious fireplace, is a spacious dining room allowing your evenings to progress from the table, to the warm inviting indoor fireplace. An outside BBQ and dining area seamlessly flows out onto a grassy rural aspect.

In general the property looks good. However for example there are 7 bikes in the garage all with flat tires. There is no pump and the air compressor is broken. There is wood oven in the backyard patio but there is no fire wood. Simple things but can ruin your pleasure.
