This pretty, charming property is set amongst the Pollensa countryside only a short drive from the old town. The gates at the entrance lead you along a private drive to this cottage style house.
As you enter the property you notice that it has a cosy feel. The living room has two pretty, comfortable sofas, flat screen TV. From the central hall you enter the kitchen which is bright and airy, it is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave etc. The kitchen leads through to a dining room with modern furniture, a large full length window and door lead out onto a side patio. From here you can also access the laundry room with washing machine.
On the ground floor there is also a suite, a private sitting room with sofa leads through to a double bedroom and small en suite shower room. The terrace is also accessible from this room. There is a separate bathroom with a shower / small bath combination, toilet and bidet to be found in the entrance hall of the house.
Climbing the steps to the first floor you will find a further two bedrooms sharing a bathroom. The first bedroom has two single beds and beautiful views over the gardens. The second bedroom is also a twin bedroom with two single beds. The second bedroom has access to a private terrace at the back of the property. This is an ideal place to relax, read or catch the sun. The bathroom on the second floor has a bath with shower, toilet, sink and bidet. All of the bedrooms are air conditioned.
The outside areas offer peace and tranquility. There are two terraces at the front of the house, one of the terraces has a dining table and chairs for 6 people and a brick built barbecue. The other terrace is very spacious and also has a dining table this is an ideal place to enjoy breakfast or an evening BBQ.
Across the garden is the sun terrace and swimming pool. The spacious sun terrace has six sunbeds. From this area the views are stunning. There is the Puig de Maria mountain to the left and the beautiful bay of Puerto Pollensa in front. The mature gardens are well kept and are vibrant with a variety of shrubs, trees and grassed gardens offering guests a feeling of privacy whilst being surrounded by nature.
