Can Bajoca 2 is a charming villa located in Pollença, in a particularly peaceful rural setting offering a high level of privacy, at the foot of the impressive mountains that define this area of northern Mallorca. Right next to it is Can Bajoca 1, a neighbouring villa almost identical in size, plot and facilities, making both properties an ideal option for families or groups of friends who wish to travel together while still enjoying their own private space.

The villa is comfortably laid out on a single level. Upon entering, you are welcomed into a spacious and bright open-plan living and dining area with different ambiences, seamlessly connected to a fully equipped open kitchen. The location also allows easy access to some of the most iconic spots in northern Mallorca, such as the historic old town of Pollença, Cala Sant Vicenç and Puerto Pollensa, from where you can reach the spectacular Formentor Peninsula.
