Our spacious and family friendly Villa Troy is full of Mediterranean character, with a large private pool and great views. Villa Troy Its in a fantastic countryside position, only a 5 minutes’ drive to Old Town Pollensa Town and its crystalline beaches of Port Pollensa. The interior of this charming 4-bedroom villa is the perfect balance of rustic and contemporary style. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and free WiFi included.



One of the highlights of Villa Troy is its exterior space, with a private swimming pool, a beautiful garden with plenty of space to sunbath, two alfresco eating areas and an exterior kitchenette with BBQ facilities, perfect for memorable dinners or lunches with family and friends. The fully equipped and adjacent rustic kitchen is spacious and even has a breakfast table, to enjoy the morning coffee of tea.



The inviting open plan living room with dining and sitting area : Comfortable sofas, a big flat screen TV and typical Mediterranean style and a fireplace are the main features. On ground floor there are three nice and comfortable bedrooms, one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms.

The inner staircase leads to the first floor with a nice and airy double bedroom with private bathroom beside, offering marvelous views to the mountains.



All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 21h to 8h and 14h to 16h. Two spacious family bathrooms, one en suite bathroom with bath and shower, the other with shower are beside.



In Pollença you’ll find shopping a cultural center, the Pollença’s market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present on this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part of its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices are abundant.



Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the Sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing.



In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal-clear waters.
