Villa Aumadrava Gran for eigth people with pool
The elegant and spacious Villa Aumadrava Gran is a magnificent 4-bedroom farmhouse with a large private pool, perfectly combining furnished interiors with spacious gardens and sunny terraces. Located on a single floor and particularly spacious, Aumadrava Gran is the perfect choice for guests who love outdoor living and the comfort of a truly special holiday home.
The entrance and hallway lead to the spacious living/dining room and doors that open to a covered terrace and gardens. Outside this room, there is a well-equipped kitchen (with direct access to the outdoor terrace of the dining room). The washing machine and dryer are located in an adjacent storage room. Along the main hallway, there are two double bedrooms and a master double bedroom, sharing two family bathrooms. A separate annex next to the pool, with an independent entrance, houses a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The interiors have been carefully renovated and finished to a high standard.
The large swimming pool is surrounded by beautifully landscaped lawns with gardens, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Sunbeds, blinds, brick barbecue, and tables for outdoor dining. Table tennis is also available for guests to enjoy.
Free air conditioning from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Information to keep in mind:
In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.
The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore, close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
