Wonderful stay in Tuscany!

Beautiful villa, well-appointed and with plenty of outdoor space where you can enjoy your evenings. The swimming pool was clean and big enough for our party of 10. Bonus points for the early evening spraying around the pool to keep it mosquito-free. The host lives nearby and is happy to help with advice when needed. We enjoyed very much our time at the villa and won’t hesitate to recommend it to our friends as well. Grazie!

Friends and Family Together

This property location was stunning with idyllic surroundings and fabulous views as well as being convenient for exploring Tuscany and Cinque Terre. Great pool and great gathering spaces indoors and out. Multiple generations really enjoyed our great adventure. (Smaller cars a good idea on the last bit of road to the villa.). Silvia and Giuseppe warm, welcoming and really responsive.

Amazing large villa with amazing views

Our family of 8 had an amazing week at this villa. There was plenty of room for all of us and the pool was our go to place after a long day of sight seeing. We spent every night on the terrace which has an amazing view of valleys, mountains, sunflowers and more. Silvia was a great help in arranging restaurant reservations! There is a great little restaurant you can walk to - so good we ate there twice! If you go you definitely should try Le 3 Rane!! Would highly recommend spending time at this villa!!

It does not get better than this!

Spacious property with a view to die for. Swimming pool was a bonus Hostess and host were gracious and accommodating. Optional events organized by the hosts were excellent.

Spacious villa in a great location for exploring Tuscany

Loads of space, with large bedrooms and reception rooms (which is difficult to appreciate from the photos - the villa is much more impressive in real life!). The location was perfect for us - under 10min drive to the supermarket, and we enjoyed local walks to the village (and recommend the restaurant Le 3 Rane) and to Montecastello.

Beautiful view, lot of space inside and outside, nice trips in the surroundings (Pisa, Firenze, shore, vineyards...), Silvia was very helpful. First week a lot of mosquitos, then after a measures been taken it was perfect.

Tolles Haus, perfekt für einen Familienurlaub!

Das Haus ist wirklich ein Traum und perfekt für einen Familienurlaub. Es ist sehr groß, sodass jeder seinen Bereich zum Rückzug hat. Auch die drei Bäder sind dabei hilfreich. Ein Highlight ist sicherlich der große Balkon mit dem tollen Blick, bei dem immer um die Aussichtsplätze gefeilscht werden musste. Das Tollste aber war der große Pool mit den Liegen und dem Pavillon! Das Wasser war einfach herrlich und unsere Sorge vorher um das Salzwasser war völlig unbegründet. Der Pool ist ganz klar und von der Größe her perfekt! Auch der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Wenn man überhaupt etwas Negatives suchen müsste, dann wären es die Moskitos, für die das Haus aber natürlich nichts kann. Insektenschutzmittel nicht vergessen und auch Spiralen bzw. Stecker für die Zimmer haben gut geholfen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden sehr gerne einmal wieder kommen!

Es war schön, auch wenn es kleine Mängel hatte. Die Umgebung und die Aussicht von der Villa ist sehr schön. Der Pool ist sauber und sehr grooss.

We stayed here in Sept 2019. The house is lovely and was big enough for our group (11 adults, 3 children). The view is amazing, nice pool (cleaned daily but it did stain our bathing suits). Location was good (we visited Pontedera, Pisa, Lucca and the Chianti area). Overall the house was better than we expected. This time a year there are many mosquitos so prepare :-)

Sehr schönes Haus mit einem noch besseren Pool!

Wir waren 14 Leute und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Das Haus, das Grundstück, der Pool und nicht zu vergessen die Lage. Alles ist perfekt. Keine Probleme das Auto abzustellen. Viel Platz in der Küche, Wohnzimmer und Terrasse. Und bei einem 12x6m Salzwasserpool mit einer Solardusche mit Blick in ein Tal war die Welt in Ordnung. Ein kleines Manko gibt es trotzdem. In dem Haus gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Jedoch nur für einen Raum direkt unter dem Dach. Alle anderen Schlafräume sind nicht klimatisiert.

Tolles Haus, sehr viel Platz für 14 Pers. Pool super. Lage genial, Lucca, Pisa, Florenz, Strand nah.

7 Schlafzimmer (2 x Keller, 3 x Erdgeschoss, 2x Dachboden, wobei das eine ein Durchgangszimmer ist). Sowohl innen wie außen Tische, an dem 14 Personen Platz haben. Mehrere Terrassen für jede Wetter- und Sonnenlage. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, alles da, was man braucht, auch Grill und Pizzaofen. Pool groß (12 x 6 m), sogar Schwimmen möglich. Wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Besonders empfehlenswert: „Mini-Pasta-Kurs“ bei Silvia: Selbstgemachte Pasta. Dazu Brot mit hausgemachtem Olivenöl, Melone mit Schinken und Salami und zum Dessert Tiramisu. Nicht zu vergessen Wein und Vin Santo! Liegt auf einem Hügel mit Bilderbuch-Blick. Einkaufen geht man am besten in Pontedera (ca. 6 km entfernt), Pontedera hat mehrere große Supermärkte, einmal die Woche Markt, eine kleine Fußgängerzone, in der man abends toll zum Aperitivo gehen kann. Tipp: Eisessen in Forcoli, Antica Gelateria. Florenz ist ca. 1 h entfernt. Über den Fi-Pi-Li und die Viale Talenti bis zur Metrostation der Linie 1. Einsteigen an der Station Sansovino (gleich gegenüber ist ein Parkplatz) und 4 Stationen bis Alamanni Stazioni (Hauptbahnhof). Kleingeld für den Ticketautomaten nicht vergessen! In der Via Sansovino 191r kann man auch gut essen: „Pizzaman“ überzeugt mit Pizza aus dem Holzkohlenofen und guter Pasta. In Florenz unbedingt den Piazza Michelangelo anschauen – traumhafter Blick auf Florenz, besonders bei Sonnenuntergang. Wer den Dom und die Uffizien besichtigen will, sollte unbedingt online vorbuchen. Super lecker Essen in der Pizzeria Berberè (Piazza de Nerli 1), hier gibt es Pizza mit Sauerteig und außergewöhnlichen Belägen. Lucca und Pisa sind 30 – 45 Min. entfernt. Lucca ist ein hübsches kleines Städtchen mit schönen kleinen Läden, empfehlenswert ist eine Fahrradtour auf der Stadtmauer und der Blick auf die Stadt vom Torre Guinigi mit seinen Steineichen. Siena ist ungefähr 1,5 h entfernt, aber das eigentliche Highlight liegt auf dem Weg: San Gimignano – mittelalterliches kleines Städtchen mit vielen Kunsthandwerk- und toskanischen Spezialitätenläden. Viareggio hat uns vom Strand her am besten gefallen, da es auch eine Strandpromenade hat. Aber der absolute Strandtip ist das „Sunset Café“ in Marina di Pisa (Via Litoranea 40a): Aperitivo (Cocktail mit Gratis Fingerfood) in chilliger Atmosphäre bei Sonnenuntergang. Bei allen tollen Ausflügen haben wir La collina degli ulivi als unsere Homebase sehr genossen. Vielen Dank an die immer hilfsbereite Silvia!

Mooi huis met prachtig uitzicht

Een heel mooi huis met een heel fijn zwembad en een geweldig uitzicht. Wij waren hier echter gedurende een van de warmste weken van het jaar. Het huis is koel, maar niet meer met de hitte waar wij mee te maken hadden. Er is slechts airco op 1 slaapkamer, dit is dan niet voldoende meer. Door de hitte en droogte van dit jaar eveneens veel prikmuggen, hierdoor s avonds niet buiten kunnen zitten, wat heel erg jammer was. Het zwembad was heerlijk (wordt ook elke dag schoongemaakt) en het uitzicht prachtig. Keuken bevat alle benodigdheden en we konden eveneens gebruikmaken van de koelkast in de tweede keuken. De hond van de buren heeft wel een aantal nachten een paar uur staan blaffen (hoorbaar vanuit 1 slaapkamer).

Det bästa boendet som vi har haft i Italien någonsin!

Fantastisk utsikt över dalen! Verandan intill köket blev vår matplats under hela vår vistelse och poolen var helt ljuvligt svalkande! Underbar villa! Rent och praktisk för flera personer! Vi var upp till 14 personer som behövde 6 sovrum och det var inga problem för husägaren att fixa! Gott om plats fanns till alla. Villan låg i utkanten av den pittoreska lilla byn Treggaiai, så det var lugnt och skönt i området. Det fanns gott om vandringsleder alldels intill! Silivia, husägaren var mycket trevlig och som såg till så att vår vistelse blev lyckad! Vi kände oss som hemma!

Très belle villa

Nous étions 9 et avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette villa parfaitement adaptée aux grandes familles. La propriétaire était bien sympathique et la maison est conforme à la description (je pense même qu'elle est mieux en réalité que sur les photos). Il y a beaucoup d'espace, tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Vue superbe sur la vallée et les oliviers. La piscine, très grande, est vraiment bien agréable pour se rafraichir au retour des excursions. Bonne situation pour visiter Florence, Sienne, Pise... Pour le soir, pensez à vous munir de spray anti-moutisques !

Maison agréable , spacieuse et bien sittuée

Cette belle maison est parfaite pour accueillir une très grande famille ou plusieurs couples. Les espaces de vie sont bien aménagés et l 'équipement de bonne qualité. L 'accueil par la propriétaire est excellent, nous avons même eu droit à des ravioles maison. L 'implantation géographique est bien située pour visiter différents sites( Florence/Sienne /Pise /Lucas....). Le séjour fut un vrais plaisir. A recommander.
