This charming family villa is located in a small village near Porec. The chic Villa Roza has three bedrooms and a beautiful garden with a private pool. It is the perfect dream villa for the relaxing vacation you are looking for. The beautiful garden features olive trees, which are an authentic symbol of Istria. As soon as you enter Villa Roza, you will find yourself on the open-plan first floor, which consists of a bright and elegant dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

Two of the bedrooms have double beds and one has a single bed. One of the bedrooms has its own balcony with a fantastic panoramic view of the sea. A perfect sight to start your day.
