5 km from the sea and Pornic, in the heart of a small, quiet hamlet, gîte on the first floor of a country house (another gîte for 2 people on the ground floor), adjoining another gîte for 2 people. Private, unfenced garden of 40 m² + access to a shared wooded area (shared garage for bicycles).
Ground floor: summer kitchen and separate toilet. Upstairs: lounge/living room with kitchenette, 1 bedroom (140x190 bed), mezzanine for children (very sloping ceilings) accessible by miller's ladder (2 beds 90x190), shower room and separate toilet. Additional equipment: wifi, baby bed and high chair, freezer.
Not included: electric heating (7€/day), electricity, sheets, towels and tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee for professional customers (60€).
Gîte not suitable for young children.
