It was a nice place to stay, no frills but no problems. I had trouble finding the check in area, but I phoned and lady lady in the checkin was very helpful.

The room smelled musty and had very poor lighting all around. There was a dog barking nearby in the hall at around 2am and the next morning there was dog poop right outside our door in several spots, and it stayed there all weekend. The trash can in the walkway that was immediately outside our door was overflowing and never thrown out our entire 2 night stay. There were only 2 small pillows for our king size bed, a sheet and a bedspread that was ripped and didn’t smell fresh. The room felt dark and dingy. The attendants at the front desk were nice at both check in and check out, but I had to ring the doorbell and wait a few minutes to get buzzed in to the lobby each time. We will not stay there again.

There aren't many accommodation choices near Crystal Beach so we were thankful to find this hotel. Harry and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and everything worked. We had plenty of hot water. The air conditioner worked well and the room was also equipped with a wall fan. There weren't plugs by the bed, so you may consider bringing an extension cord with you to charge your phone on the night stand. Ice machine in the lobby as well as coffee. Smart TV in the room was good for our toddler to watch YouTube cartoons. Facility is well-lit at night. Pool looked nice. Overall a great experience!

Very High Priced for being Not peak season

Not a bad stay. would be nice if they had coffee IN the rooms and maybe a hair dryer for those that forget to pack them :). The price was pretty outrageous but i guess with limited choices they can do that..Sad. The room itself wasn't bad, no bugs that we seen so that's a plus lol

Pleasantly suprised

I was pleasantly suprised at the cleanliness of the hotel and how well it has been brought up to par. This is just the first phase and the second is to come i was told by the gentleman at the desk. The room had plenty of space to unload into and was comfortable. Had to bring my own coffee pot but they do have coffee at the office. I would stay here again for sure!
